Return & Exchange policy
1.Customers are required to record an opening/unboxing video at the time of delivery.
This video is necessary to process any claims related to defactive or incorrect products.
2.No Exchange or return for discounted articles.
3.Exchange/Return within 7 days after receiving.
4.Credit note will be issued for the return products.
Exchange will be allowed with same or higher value.
6.Product should be unused & unwashed.
7.Item purchased at our retail store can be returned for store credit only.
8.Item purchased online can only be returned or exchange online.
9.The credit note issued will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
10.Credit note can’t be en-cash.
11.Exchange/Replacement item will be delivered to the same address as the original order.
12.For defected or damaged product will only be issued after verification by our team.
13.Concerned must be raised with in 48h of receiving the order.
